Friendly hotel with very helpful staff. For us there was plenty of parking and we enjoyed the food. The menu always have a good and varied selection of dishes. We have beautiful view across the loch. Value for money.

Nice view from the front of the hotel - have to pay extra if you want that view from your room. Bar and restaurant located in the hotel however the staff we encountered working the bar was not friendly or helpful. Food was good. Room only had one usable plug to charge phones, etc. Room was hot.

Was told at check in restaurant was full and could only eat at bar with limited options but there was no selection on website to reserve at restaurant (and I did check prior to check in). Service at bar area was for the most part fend for yourself. Staff was not friendly.

Location was amazing the views from hotel into the loch were fantastic, the hotel was very dated the condition was pretty bad ,rooms were in terrible condition carpets were disgusting, looked like nothing was cleaned in wks dirty marks everywhere bathroom was clean enough, breakfast was fine staff pleasant downstairs but overall hotels needs a total makeover especially for price we paid expected alot better

Decent but in need of an update
The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from the city centre of fort william, right in the loch with ample parking, a restaurant and bar. The hotel itself was quite old fashioned with, the lifts and beds were squeeky, carpets old and there was a plastic border under the window that had fallen off revealing debris. Some plug sockets near the bed would also have been handy. It was a decent hotel and good location, could just do with a sprucing up.
