I booked this property in the winter for my stay in August 7. When I went to check in the front desk, person told me I was over across the Street in an older section. I know I booked for the main building. Begrudgingly . I went over to the building across the street. Upon entering My room I was greeted With a musty smell, Inadequate lighting and no air conditioning. I went back to the front desk to tell the air wasn’t working and he responded ‘ It’s a fan open the window. It’s the country.’ His attitude was rude and not what I expected from customer service from a hotel. I checked into my reservations a little bit deeper and found that I had two room bookings, one for the older section that wasn’t renovated across the street and one for the newer main building. I went back to the desk to Show him I have two bookings. I also told him that as I said before I had a booking for the main building, I was moved to the room that I booked in the main building that had air conditioning and fridge. However, when I got in that room, I found it smelled like dog, and they put me in a pet friendly room which I didn’t have a pet. Not impressed.
