The villa is perfect for families and groups of up to 4 people. It has an excellent location, two blocks away from the beach on the left surf break.

The area where it is located is a quiet area with houses, some nearby hotels, small cafes and some grocery stores. Downtown is just a 7 minute walk.

The villa is distributed in 3 floors.
On the first floor the kitchen, dinning room and living room are located.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with a full bathroom and a king size bed.
The second bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there is also the second full bathroom.
On the third floor is the pool and the terrace. The measurement of the pool is 3.5x3.5 meters and is 75 cm deep.

Me, my wife and 2 kids stayed for 6 nights and loved the Villa. It was small and quiet when we were poolside and was a block away from the beach. Steps away from flea markets and a couple blocks from town where it is a little busier and touristy. Would definitely come back
