I liked everything about it. It’s got a great vibe and the staff are the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so amazing that it was a great experience. And it start when you arrive and are greeted by Cedric. He is a special person who went so far out of his way to make our stay what it was. The hotel was very nice. Loved the decor and location. Front desk and front door staff were outstanding ! Attentive and polite always making sure we had everything we needed . 10 out of 10 We did have to switch rooms due to a problem with the door. No problem there .. very accommodating. It did not have a fridge but that was ok. We did have to ask for maid service and they came but did not replenish a few things … but I would not hesitate to go back or recommend this hotel .

The property is uniquely decorated and is centrally located in the River area. The staff is what makes this hotel more than just another hotel. The pay attention to the details and are there to make your experience a great one.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. Good location. Good breakfast. The hotel has some of the ugliest decor I have ever seen. Dark hallways with creepy art and bad lighting. Rooms looked like a cross between Boogie Nights and Pirates of the Caribbean.

If you choose to stay this hotel look at your billing closely before you leave. You'll get no customer service if you have issue with the billing after the fact. I looked at my billing after returning from the trip and there was an over billing situation. I tried calling and using the website contact messaging for the hotel several times. No help to resolve this from them at all. After I filled a grievance with my credit card company, the hotel actually charged my credit card several hundred more. That charge was reversed several days later. Stay at your own risk!

I can see how this would be a great place, but it is a bit dated. We were moved from one room when we first checked in Due to an issue with the room, the second room was nicer, but the bathtub did not work. Overall, the stay was great, but the establishment needs some work. The staff was fantastic and very attentive.
