Staff was amazing. Polite, respectful and human. The hostess shared a hug with me to celebrate my birthday. Sadly, hotel was less than amazing. Rooms smelled moldy unless you kept the air at 65 degrees. Towels were stained and soap dispenser was out of soap. The TV did not work. The in room fridge has broken shelves and wasn't cool enough to keep food. There is no microwave in the room. Hidden fees were also included. Note, it's $75 a night per room for the hotel incidental fee. Expedia informed us it was $50 total for both rooms. Parking is not available at the hotel unless you pay $47 a night for valet. The stair wells had throw up in them, which isn't the hotels fault but added to the overall lack of cleanliness. Sad that this review will affect the employees that actually offered amazing hospitality.

You had unexpected fees and taxes on unexpected fees…had to pay for parking Bathrooms very awkward and small. Would never go back. My room went from $138.00 to $240.00 with taxes fees and parking!

I have stayed at many hotels and inns in my 77 years of life and I can say that this has been the best experience I have had at a Hotel. The customer service was the absolute best I have ever been treated to. Professional and yet personal in all aspects from the Valet parking attendant to the front desk and the bar and lounge. Just top drawer!!!

Overall the hotel was great. It’s in an awesome location. The room comes with unlimited water bottles and 2 drinks per night. My only complaint is that housekeeping didn’t vacuum or wipe down counter when they did their daily cleaning.

I have always been a fan of the Indigo Hotel but this locatuon in Savannah disappointed me greatly. Rooms were average to small. No microwave. My room was above the patio area which had music on around the clock! Day and night, nonstop! So beware of getting a room above the outside patio area. We had to switch rooms and they were accommodating to our request. They also charge a 25$ a night hotel fee which was never discussed during check out or at booking. Sneaky! BEWARE! We were charged additional 65$ for two night stay for a stupid hotel fee and they give you 4 free drinks on hotel,( that is why the drinks are free, not really!). Next door building construction so you will hear it also. Will probably not stay here agai.
