Summary:
This amazing 1900 home right in the heart of the historic district and newest trendy Starland neighborhood, has been totally renovated to keep up with the times while also boasting a ton of original features. The stunningly tall ceilings and gorgeous trim will give you a taste of what Southern living was like back in the day! **ALL NEW AMAZON FIRE TV's!**

The Space:
We offer a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that is the upstairs half of a duplex. The place comes with a master king room, a queen bedroom and a double-twin bunk bedroom perfect for the little ones! We have a very generous and well-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer. Strong WiFi provided throughout the space, for those who may need to get some work done while on vacation - hopefully not! :) As shown in the photos, we offer TV's throughout the house.

Guest Access:
You have the entire apartment to yourself. It is 1/2 of a duplex so just be understanding that there are guests on the other side as well. You may park up to 2 cars in the huge driveway out back (message us if you have an additional vehicle). The driveway is a "shared space," so be courteous of other guests and make sure you're not blocking any non-family members :)

The Neighborhood:
We are situated perfectly in the heart of the Starland District which is the newest trendy neighborhood in Savannah. Tons of new shops, breweries, cafes, etc! Foxy Loxy, one of the BEST cafes in town, offering tacos and unbelievable coffee drinks, is just 2 doors down from the house. With a quick 5 min drive/Uber ride to City Market, River Street, Forsyth Park and much more, you cannot beat this location that offers peace and quiet at night.

Getting Around:
We are just a quick drive/Uber to River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, Plant Riverside District, etc.! You can easily walk to some of the best, local restaurants in town including Foxy Loxy, The Vault Kitchen & Bar, Sly's Sliders & Fries, Big Bon Bodega, Squirrel's Pizza, and MANY more amazing local spots!

Other Things to Note:
You may park up to 2 cars in the rear driveway (just message us if you have a third and we will make arrangements).

We are always available via phone at 912-800-1321. Just let us know if anything comes up! We live locally, so we can react quickly should any issues arise.

Great Location Free Parking
The apartment was roomy but I think best for families with children. The bunkbed room is quite small. It was nice that coffee was provided and the kitchen is quite spacious. The location is great - a ten minute walk to Forsyth Park. We felt very safe in this location and the addition of parking was great.

Nice accommodation, decent for the price
This home worked out pretty well for us. We traveled with one adult and two children ages 7 & 9 years old. The primary bedroom has great furnishings including a comfy bed. Bathrooms and kitchen were adequate for use and all was tidy. The only notable downside was the 2nd bed and bunkbed. These beds are in real rough shape. Including the upper bunk rail not properly attached and flopping down. I could not let my child use the bunk and opted to have the mattress on the floor. And overall, there is heavy wear on the rugs, upholstery, etc. I loved the location, we walked to park, cafe's and library and its a quick drive to the river/downtown scene. The home was quiet for sleeping.

Nice place
The place is wonderful. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing I'll tell everyone is that if you have a problem with stairs, you might want to rethink this place. There's parking in the back, and you have to climb a few stairs to get to the door around the front, and then once inside, there's 20 or so stairs to go up into the apartment. If stairs aren't a problem, this place is perfect.

Fantastic Stay
I was having trouble with my VRBO app and contacted the hosts via phone. They were very receptive and helpful. The property is two blocks from a free hop on hop off bus line which makes getting to the historical district super easy. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance in case you don’t eat downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again if we had the opportunity.

Perfect family getaway
Chase and Brandon’s home was as depicted online and the perfect size for our family. We loved the convenient location, the local shops and restaurants, and it’s proximity to downtown and Forsyth park. Overall great stay :)

Felt a little unsafe for me and family
We arrived about 30 minutes past check in and the cleaning staff was still cleaning. So we had to wait outside when we arrived until they were done. A message before arriving would have been good. I didn't mind at first, things happen but as we were settling in we noticed the master bathroom had an intense mildew smell. Upon further inspection we found the the smell was coming mainly from the shower curtain but all over the bathroom. The smell was so bad that we had to shower with the shower curtain open. We had to disinfect the area ourselves. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable so maybe an upgrade would give a better sleep. The neighborhood also felt unsafe with a lot of sketchy people walking back and forth. My family and I felt very uneasy. Wish I would have researched the area beforehand. The place was nicely decorated at least and the owners were very good in communicating.

While old, this house is cute and well maintained. It is very large with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The house is comfortable and clean. Being close to Foxy Loxy was great and we enjoyed a morning coffee and evening beer there.

This clean 3 bedroom is in a great location! Steps from a great coffee shop The Foxy Loxy and a beautiful bookstore. There are a few boutiques on the block, short walk to Sobremesa an awesome local wine bar. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Location in Savannah
This was a great space for my family and I to enjoy our Savannah trip. There is small coffee shop 2 doors down from the house. The space is was very large and comfortable. The beds were soft and comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. You are caddy-corner from one of the many SCAD buildings. Another major plus for this space was the private parking. It is in the back of the building and you have to walk around for your entrance but to not have to worry about street parking or paid parking is worth the walk. A couple of other things to consider on this property. - You are not really walking distance from any major attractions. Forsyth Park is close but it would be a decent walk. The plus is driving in Savannah is super easy and parking around the areas you need are easy to find. We went downtown on Memorial Day and had no issues finding parking. - If you have small kids, as a note, the front porch is only accessible through the room with the bunk beds. This was not an issue for us but it could be if you want a quiet morning and your kids are light sleepers Overall this was a fantastic space for a family trip and if/when we come back to Savannah. This location will be on the top of our list of choices.

Very nice apartment in a good location. Had a few minor issues that were looked at by management. Best feature is on-site parking. If you've ever been to Savanah you'll understand considering how expensive and difficult finding a space is.

Beautiful Condo
Condo is beautiful! Plenty of space to spread out, enclosed porch was a highlight especially at night. The condo is wonderfully furnished and everything you could need is available. Foxy Loxy has great coffee and music on the weekends! We had a great stay!

A Pleasant Stay
The property has a great location and is very nicely furnished. The first day we weren't able to cook because the non-stick pots and pans were badly scratched. I called the host and got immediate reply. The next day, the host delivered a brand new set of stainless steel cookware. Another thing is that we had a very loud neighbor downstairs. I wish the property could do a better job of sound proofing between the two units. Overall it was a wonderful and lovely stay. I would recommend it.
