The property doesn’t specify how big the rooms in there site, they put you misleading pictures and the surprise is when you arrive. I found my room about 250 sq ft not enough to turn around in the room. Also, my room was in the basement they had the air conditioning working very high so you don’t have a chance to smell what underground smell like. My reservation was non refundable and when I complained I was told that I chose this room. I decided to leave the hotel and go find somewhere else … when I left I was told to forget about my money and it is not going to be refunded, I still left just couldn’t sleep the night in a room like jail

The Hamilton Turner Inn is a great B&B! It’s located nicely between Forsyth Park and lots of shops and restaurants around the river walk. The property is gorgeous. It has updated features, while keeping a historic charm. Worth the stay and experience.

A wonderfully restored historical mansion into a magnificent bed and breakfast in the historical district of Savannah. Next to the Cathedral of John the Baptist, a short walk to shopping and resturaunts. Staff was attentive. Property was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and charming.

Amazing place!!! We went for the 4th of July weekend and it was just perfect! Is beautiful decorated, the host is the sweetest lady, they have a living room and a salon where they serve snacks and in the afternoon charcuterie and wine so you get to meet and chat with the other guests. Rooms are super cozy and clean! Definitely will be coming back! Highly recommended!

The staff was amazing. The building and grounds were impeccable. We enjoyed the breakfast. We stayed in the carriage house and found easy (no cost during the weekend) parking within a few car lengths of the door on street.

We thought the house was beautiful and loved the location and friendly staff! Parking was convenient and we loved being able to walk to restaurants, etc. Tim was extremely professional and helpful throughout our stay and arranged a trolley tour for us, which I highly recommend doing early on (to learn about the fascinating history and help get acclimated to the city). We loved the evening wine and hors d'oeurves, especially. Breakfast was good, however the server could have been more attentive on our first day. We unfortunately to had to leave a day early due to the hurricane, so we were unable to have breakfast on our second day. Our room was beautiful (they very kindly moved our room to a higher floor, without us asking, due to the possibility of flooding from the impending storm, which we appreciated). The room was not as clean as we expected (cobwebs on light fixture, toilet and shower had not been cleaned very well). We do still plan to revisit in the future, however, as these were minor issues and not enough to prevent us from going back.
