Great Location
The house was as described and clean. The location was great it was easy to get to Tybee Island and easy to go into Savannah. We would stay there again.

50th Birthday Celebration
The house was lovely and we had a wonderful time in Savannah. The property manager however did not provide enough of the following: tissue, paper towels, linen and towels. I reached out to them and was given push back because we had 9 guests (the additional was a 12 yr old) and was told the amenities were for the max of 8 guests. I explained to them that I understood the max capacity, but we were give only 8 towel sets and no linen for the sofa sleeper which was considered a part of the 8 guest count. We ended up having to purchase additional tissue, garbage bags, and paper towels. Mgmt please make sure you are double checking the work of the people you hire. They are not providing enough basis amenities or completely cleaning the property before usage.

Home away
The master closet had stuff dirty clothes on the floor and clothes hanging . We did not use at all. The fence is in need of repairs . There is some type animal maybe under th deck there was digging on both sides when we checked it out before my little guy went into the yard . Did not see any but he smelled something. Other than this house needs painting of baseboards . Porch furniture was nice . Sorry but thought you should know .

Our short stay
The property is in much need of a refresh. There were personal belongings left in the master closet. There were areas with cobwebs. We experienced two major issues with our stay. First, the fan and light in the master did not work. The only lighting in the Master was one table lap. Through our our stay we had to leave the Master room open in order to maintain the rest of the home cooled, because the rest of the vents in the home were barley functional. When I called Vercasa (the property management), they answered my call but did not address the issue during our stay. In fact, they lied about when I would get service. I will never again rent this property nor do I recommend it to anyone.

The pictures do NOT accurately portray this property. The neighborhood is a little iffy. The floors in the bathrooms are disgusting. There was a rodent running around in the attic. The lighting was poor. The Primary Bedroom was dark and dingy. In the primary bedroom there was no closet and we had to hang our clothes on a cheap Amazon coat rack. There were holes in the wall where there should have been pictures.

Enjoyed our stay
We live in the Savannah area and needed a place to live while some remodeling was done on our home. The home is nice and located in a quiet cul de sac. Convenient to stores, beach and downtown. Had an issue when checking in with the code. Made one call and the issue was resolved immediately. Received text every few days checking in and making sure all was well. Pleasant stay and excellent selection for our needs. Good location for any visitor to the city.
