Summary:
This charming studio 2 blocks to Forsyth offers everything you need for a weekend getaway or short work from home-away-from-home trip! We have a queen bed and pull-out twin couch, perfect for couples with a child or 3 comfortable friends :) We offer a cozy faux-fireplace/heater with a large Smart TV above - perfect for a cozy night in, or playing music and pre-gaming a night out :) We have strong WiFi for those who just HAVE to get that email out tonight ;).

The Space:
The studio has a fully functional kitchenette with a stovetop, mini-fridge, toaster, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. You have everything you need to cook a small meal or reheat those much deserved leftovers after a long day out in the town! We have a full spacious bath with a shower/tub combo. Aside from the queen bed, there is a pull-out twin in the love seat. The space is super comfy and of course, an easy walk to Forsyth Park and all that the town has to offer!

Guest Access:
The whole studio is yours! The only shared space that you may access, is the laundry facility across the hall. It is free of course, so use at your own will! Just be cognizant of others around you :) There is a bike rental shop down the street, and you may use the garage to store bikes if you'd like!

The Neighborhood:
We are in the heart of the Historic District and only 2 blocks from Forsyth...being nice and quiet at night and an easy walk to EVERY thing, you cannot beat this location! Though mostly residential, there are plenty of restaurants and shops only a couple of blocks away! If you're interested in renting a bike while you're here, Savannah on Wheels is just a block away! We are a short walk away to some of the best (and LOCAL!) places in town including Local 11ten, Betty Bombers, Sentient Bean, Brighter Day (Natural Foods), and of course Collins Quarter at Forsyth! Please ask us about all of our hand-picked local favorites and we are more than happy to recommend!!

Getting Around:
Again, being so close to everything, your primary mode of transportation can be on foot, but there is a bike rental place just down the block and Uber/Lyft are always a good option especially late at night (if you may have had too much fun)! There is also a FREE shuttle that takes you around the Historic District and the stop is 3 blocks away, at Whitaker/Hall. This is a great way to get a free "tour" of the City!

Other Things to Note:
Just to reiterate - the space where the laundry room is across from your unit, and it is shared with other guests from the upstairs. This is the only shared space in the house.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great location
Location is perfect for exploring on foot, the city squares are absolutely beautiful, the architecture is amazing and the vibe in the area is fantastic! Wish we had a few more days to explore.

Cute studio
Great, little studio in historical Savannah! In close walking distance to everything. Studio was comfortable and had all necessary accommodations. I would just recommend a fan in addition to unit a.c. But that is just a preference. It really was a nice place to stay!

Perfect for two
Great location. We loved Forsyth Park -- it had a lovely family vibe. Bus transportation is just across the park. We parked right in front of the apartment. Great selection of coffee for breakfast and a basic set of seasonings if you want to cook. Kitchen well furnished with cookware and dishes. Large refrigerator. Comfortable bed. We did the hop on hop off bus, which was a great introduction to the city.

Great Studio!
Perfect for me and my wife. While technically not right in “The Historic District”, Savannah has a great Public bus loop (“The Dot”) that will get you downtown in minutes. There is a stop a block away from the unit where the bus stops every 20 minutes. . We really didn’t need our rental car. The unit is spotless, well kept and the owners are great communicators. Staying here was perfect for us and I highly recommend it!

This sweet little studio offered everything we needed for five days of exploration in Savannah. It's nestled in a ground level portion of a three-story building on the edge of the historic district. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to all city attractions and easy parking. There are vibrant eating establishments nearby and those who love to walk will find this location pleasing. The studio itself has a clever and artistic flair.

Stayed a week for our anniversary. The apartment is clean and decorated well. Very close to Forsyth Park and can be downtown in a 10 minute walk. Getaway on Gwinnett
I was very impressed with how chic and clean this suite was. It was a beautiful getaway and it was wonderfully located. It was about a 30 minute walk downtown which we prefer to staying directly in town with all the traffic. It was a 5-10 minute walk to Forsyth park. Chase and Brandon were easy to communicate with and even reached out to us to see if we needed anything and to ask if we were enjoying our stay. Wonderful people wonderful place to stay I would recommend this vrbo to anyone wanting to stay in Savannah.
