Here among the moss-draped oaks of Wilmington Island, you'll be just 10 miles from the heart of the Savannah Historic District. Spend your days exploring atmospheric city squares and 19th-century mansions, strolling along River Street, dining at fantastic restaurants, and taking in a ghost tour or two. Only 10 miles in the other direction, you'll find the wide open beaches and classic coastal charms of Tybee Island.

Whether you spend your days shopping, museum-hopping, or riding the ocean waves, you'll delight in coming home to this lovely piece of property. Bring a glass of sweet tea outside to the back deck, watch your kids play in the expansive yard, and spend the evening barbecuing on the gas grill and roasting s'mores around the firepit.

The single-level interior is full of spaces to gather, relax, and unwind as well. Just off the deck is a window-lined game room where you can play shuffleboard, Giant Jenga, and board games while streaming movies on TV. There's also a more formal living room with another TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a pass-through view of the living space, and a dining room with ample seating for family meals. If you need to escape for a few hours, there's a home office where you can shut the doors and log onto the complimentary WiFi.

Additional features include three bedrooms (one of which is a primary suite), a home laundry room, central AC, and beach gear to pack for your days in the sun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
