THE BUILDING IS IN RESTORATION RIGHT NOW
The following conditions will be in effect during the restoration:
(1) The pool will be closed until the construction is completed.
(2) Please note that direct beach access from our property is currently unavailable. For beach access with parking, you can visit Hightower Park Public Beach located 1 mile south of our building, or Space Force Block House Public Beach, which is 1.6 miles north.
(3) The hallway leading to the lobby, game room, card room, and public restrooms will be closed until the remodel is completed.

Please be informed that our building is undergoing a concrete restoration project. While the work is not expected to significantly affect your stay in the unit, there might be construction equipment on-site and construction noise during weekday daylight hours. Consequently, the nightly rate for the unit has been discounted.

• Should you desire an early arrival or extended departure, kindly reach out.
• Unapproved late check-outs incur a fee post 10 am.

• We don't replenish during your stay, so please plan accordingly.

• Weapons are only permitted for local law enforcement officers.
• We really appreciate it if you rinse or wash dishes after use.
