Vermieter*in nicht erreichbar -
Wir haben kurzfristig diese Unterkunft gebucht, um ein Wochenende auf Rügen zu verbringen. Die Buchung wurde bestätigt und wir haben uns am nächsten Morgen auf den Weg gemacht. Mehrere Stunden vor unserer Ankunft habe ich unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt und um Check-In Informationen gebeten, da ich bis dato keine Mitteilung eehalten hatte.. Auf mehrere schriftliche Nachrichten bekam ich keine Antwort. Auch mehrere Versuche, den/die Vermieter*in telefonisch zu erreichen, scheiterten. Letzendlich saßen wir um 18.00 Uhr mit Kleinkind in Sassnitz, ohne über eine Unterkunft zu verfügen. Leider war auch der Kontakt zum Fewo-Kundenservice nicht sonderlich hilfreich. Bis heute hat sich weder der/die Vermieier bei mir gemeldet noch habe ich eine Rückmeldung von FeWo bezüglich meiner sofort getätigten, telefonischen Stornierung.

Wir waren nicht in dem Objekt , Keine Kommunikation , weder mit FeWo - Direkt noch mit dem angeblichen Vermieter bzw. Eigentümer . Wir werden die Sache zur Anzeige bringen und unser Geld wieder verlangen .
