Would never stay again.
The front desk staff were good. The room was ok. The part that was terrible was the breakfast in the morning. They were out of pancake waffle mix, the heater pan was empty where eggs and sausage had been. It was 8:00 in the morning. There were hardly any people in there so not sure why everything was out. The very rude staff member said more was in the oven. When she brought out the eggs they were still cold and actually frozen in the middle. The meat looked completely raw. There was no fruit. She brought out English muffins which we couldn’t break apart because they were still frozen but at least we got some bread. 🙄 I still wouldn’t normally write a review but the fact the lady working in the kitchen would literally go talk to her other East Indian buddies in her language at the front desk and laugh and joke and sit on the couch while people were sitting and waiting was super frustrating. We left and had to go pick up breakfast and vowed to never come back. Yes you get what you pay for but for $150 a night we still always get better than that at other places.

Expected the hotel to be a bit better as the outside was decent. Inside the room, it was very smelly (must have been a smoking room years ago as it stunk like cigarettes) the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, very sqeeky bed made it hard to sleep on. In the bathroom there was hair in the bathrub and on the floor. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Was impressed with front staff. Very friendly and helpful. The girl working the breakfast on Sunday morning needs to put her phone away and do her job. Cold eggs and sausage all went in the garbage. When i asked for jam she acted like i was disturbing her texting time, cuz she was leaving shortly.

Overall experience is good except for the very poor service during breakfast. The staff in the dining area was just constantly chatting on her phone while foods are empty and seems like she doesn’t really want be bothered every time a guest asked her something.
