I arrived 80 minutes early and requested an early check in . I was told that my room was indeed ready but I would have to pay an additional $30.00 plus tax if I wanted to check in early ! I declined and Best Western has likely lost a customer for the future trips .

It was a nice hotel with a great room. Excellent service. There were no instructions in the room for the jet tub, and it did a self cleaning cycle after the tub was drained. It was loud and confusing. Since there was no water in the tub, I was very worried about the jets themselves being damaged. When I called the front desk, they sent a man up who just handed me a piece of paper with instructions on it and told me to read it. It explained what was happening. And I’m not sure why they don’t post that in each room.
