The reception staff, Robert and the women, i didnt get their names, were lovely and informative! Rooms were clean and especailly enjoyed the free coffee station and dorm like atmosphere!! Very walkable to all restaurants that we tried!

The staff was absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The courtyard was nice to hang out it with our friends. The couple of things that would be better is more outlets in the rooms and maybe some charging stations in the courtyard. Also the shower pressure could be better and the way it's set up to much water got on the floor because the glass enclosure wasn't wide enough. Other that that the room was nice and clean.

I was a little late at check-in and was thankful for the attendant who stayed at 930pm. The room itself: there was a gap in the door that let in all of the neon glow light from atrium. The heating system made loud noises all night, and with concrete everywhere, nothing could absorb/quiet the noise. Very sleepless night. The bathroom had quite a fee hairs stuck to the door, so not as clean as I would like. Bed and pillow were comfy as I watched the time tick by due to insomnia. Recommend bringing eye masks and ear plugs to future guests.

We have stayed in Saratoga before, but this was our first time at Bluebird. We really liked it's location to downtown. Just across the street at Uncommon Ground was a delicious breakfast! Nearly any shop or restaurant was a 4 - 8 minute walk away. The staff was very friendly and our room clean!

We stayed only one night but were so impressed with this little gem right on Broadway in Saratoga. I remember this hotel before it was renovated, and nothing delights me more than saving older buildings and turning them into modern havens. It has all the conveniences you look for such as a nice new bathroom with lotions and potions, plush bedding and pillows with well thought out charging stations, new lighting, darkening shades, a wall wardrobe and pegs for your coats. The concrete floors are lovely and the lobby where the pool used to be with the ample sunlight thanks to the sky enclosure make enjoying your coffee in the morning so enjoyable, even when it is cold outside. Hayley at the front desk was so accommodating and even had our room cleaned early so that we could check in and RELAX. I will visit again and again! Thank you to the staff!
