I ended looking at a few rooms, all were disgusting, before deciding to demand a refund . the place was run-down and not taken care of, stray starving cats, shady types hanging on the balconies. and the 4 rooms I saw before requesting a refund were in disrepair. just gross!!!!

My ŕoom smelled so strongly of mold and there were wires hanging out of the ceiling. I went to take a shower and the bath tub was extremely dirty looked like rust all the way around it. I stayed maybe an hour then had to go find another hotel.

Horrible customer service and had bugs in room. I Arrived at 4:00 am and asked about late check out as it says on motel6 website available at select locations. So I figured why not ask and offer to pay for it. I was treated as if I asked a stupid question how am I supposed to know if this location does it with out asking. They front desk was very rude about it and I travel every month for 2 days to this same area never had a situation like this. Reached out to management and got no response.

The staff at the hotel are great. They try their best to accommodate you. But, the owner of motel 6 needs to put more effort into remodeling and fixing up hotel. Hotel is very outdated. Has bugs.

Horrible Experience . After driving from Kentucky for 15 hours and needing some rest we were forced to find another place to stay, Bugs on the walls and you couldn't use the shower it was broken..

Bugs everywhere trash looked like they just swept it under the bed said they would give me a refund and I still haven’t got it the rooms had not Been cleaned bed covers had not been washed I had to spray them down with alcohol before I got in them and the bathtub was cracked with dirty water coming out of it I was very unsatisfied now I having to fight to get my refund and I have pictures of all of it so no lieing or exaggeration on my part the staff had to be lazy and just don’t want to do there job a child could have cleaned it better

My stay was very disappointing upon checking in an to room there was roaches in the rest room and sleeping area. I asked to be moved but the motel was unable to accommodate so I requested for the room to be cleaned and was assured it would be but the room was never cleaned. The bathtub looked as if someone had just took a shower in it an didnt Clean it out after so I had to attempt to clean the tub myself before the tub could be utilized. Also someone was kilt on the property an instead Of the guest being informed by the property it was brought to my attention by another guest which was very unsettling. I wouldn’t recommend staying there nor will I ever book with Motel 6 in the future.

The front desk staff is horrible, if you don’t clean your room perfectly when you move out they’ll ban you from the property with no remorse.. knowing you don’t have anywhere to go with your family… this motel is heartbreaking
