Very nice hotel but I booked some of the biggest room with one bed and it was very small. This hotel is expensive and I’m not sure it is justified the price. The staff ware very helpful.

It is very clean and nice hotel. However, the reason, I gave 3 star for cleanliness, is that there are a lot of dusty corner to corner, and especially, their drum washer/dryer need to clean up in details time to time. I feel like I can smell it after laundry is done.

The hotel is located at a very convenient Susukino area right above the train station where you can find the supermarket, Starbucks, convenience store, and other shops and restaurants. That is probably the only highlight of this hotel, unfortunately, as described by some reviewers. The room amenities are at its minimal. They provide toothbrushes, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also provide tea kettle, and two mugs. That's all. If you need plates and others, you must ask for them from downstairs. As for housekeeping, I stayed 3 nights and requested daily housekeeping everyday by placing the magnet outside the door. I stayed at the Corner Deluxe Twin room which gives you the access to the spa but spa looked like most bathhouses you can find in Asia. They did have Dyson hairdryer at the spa and provided a freezer with ice cream. The breakfast buffet was a joke. Looked elaborate but not much going on there. I understand this is only a 4 star hotel but it didn't feel like it. I would go here only for its convenient location.

This was by far my favorite hotel experience I’ve had. If you get a premium room, you receive a private lounge and rooftop bar, as well as an onsen. The lounge had free wine, whiskey, snacks, you name it. And the room had complimentary face masks, brushes, skin care, etc for NO extra charge and they would replace it every time your room was cleaned. It was a bit pricey for 3 night, but based on all the free additives they give you it was absolutely worth it.

New hotel, close to train station and shopping

The hotel is very new. It is located on the 7th floor of a shopping/cinema/dining complex. From the Susukino train station, take exit 4, which brings you right to the front of the hotel.

Hotel location was excellent, right at the Exit door from train station. Susukino area have plenty of good foods. Room is clean and facilities is great. The only area for improvement is breakfast. Food selection is the same everyday, one young staff cooking at Chef Kitchen area is not friendly, very strict and he make his own rules, wagyu beef rice bowl should serve with 3 beef slice but this Young chef only serve 1 slice. Please change the food selection everyday, completely plain if foods is the same everyday

The best location in Sapporo for travelers. Subway station under the hotel basement. The only drawback is the noise from the busiest intersection in Sapporo every day and night . But I will still book this hotel if I visit Sapporo again. The hotel is very new , good design and I have a corner room which is big in Japanese standard. The breakfast is very good with ice cream. The spa is not Onsen , more like hot water. The roof top terrace is strange , only for viewing, no drinks allow and no smoking . Waste the roof top terrace .
