WOW! We luv this hotel. Just left this morning after 5-nights in Sapporo. Highly professional Japanese staff: even got to try out some of my Japanese words which got a smile. From the time we arrived until our departure we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was near perfect, from daily cleaning/replenishing, to the use of a free shuttle bus whilst staying at the hotel was very handy to get into central Sapporo. The hotel is situated just a few train stops from the central city: so it is very convenient without being in the traditional touristy areas: quiet, very modern, easy access to Sapporo’s wonderful subway train system, Odori Park, TV Tower and other great places. As the days progressed we found ourselves walking more & more, as we got our bearings. The food in Sapporo is simply incredible! You MUST make the time to visit this small wonderful city & Hokkaido itself. We would highly recommend that you stay at this particular hotel as you will not be disappointed. We got it at a very reasonable price through Expedia, months ago: all our hotels for this holiday are with them: their service, pricing & support are A1. Anyway, back to our hotel. Would we stay again, at the price point: Most Definitely! One of our great stays in our post-covid travels. We rate this as an almost perfect score of 4.9 out of 5: a minor deduction, for the currency exchange rate provided and the non-availability of room service. Just minor stuff really. Large clean comfortable room, very quiet and everything works. Location is ideal; 15 minutes walk to Sapporo’s main shopping area which was very lively during the night and safe to walk. Value for money and the price I paid includes private parking. Highly recommended.

Excellent hospitality, fantastic breakfast on site (definitely get it). Rooms are very large, hotel has an incredible ground floor, very spacious with multiple lobbies with excellent furniture, music, etc. Only downsides are that there is no laundry on site (5 minute walk to a small coin laundry) and that the hotel is a bit dated, but kept in acceptable condition. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was full of mold as was the air conditioner vent. The entire property was dated and the staff while friendly was not helpful. (Simple example was when I asked for a printout of the bill, they said not possible and I would need to download it). This hotel was rated 9.2 and it was at best a 4. Frankly it should be shut down for health code violations. Worst experience to date.

We loved Ofuro & Gym at this hotel!

Its older hotel, off from main Sapporo strip, BUT we loved this hotel. Though I think the pricing is high for what it is compared to other hotels in area. 3 people family with 3 beds. Why we loved?, we loved they had water bottle provided in room (some Hokkaido hotel offer no bottles coz tap water is very good), ofuro (hot spring bath) towel provided and great Sauna and cold plunge. Fitness room was small but functional and well equipped, awesome to go Ofuro right away after great workout! They offer bike if you wish. Service is great and polite n professional staff

Great stay in Sapporo

This is an older hotel, but clean and well managed. The staff was very attentive. Room was very spacious overlooking the river. Had a great experience at the hotel and it was conveniently located with ample parking. Breakfast buffet had a large variety. We enjoyed the smaller breakfast room - Il Salice. It was less crowded and the service was impeccable.

Great Hotel

The place looks old but clean. There is a water heater but no microwave. You have to go 2nd floor for microwave. Summer the aircon you can't adjust to much colder temp. TV only CNN is English. Other than that everyone and everything is fine. Free drink from 4pm to 7pm. Best perk if your alcoholic. By the way if you want to check in there is a service bus for this Hotel near the train station.
