About 10 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. The location was excellent. Hokkaido University Nearby. Staff are friendly and can speak English. Good public bath for relaxing. Re-checkin after few days, the room size quite smaller than before.

3 nights stay in Sapporo (Autumn)
The hotel is near the Sapporo station. If you have large suitcases, it would be a challenge rolling them on the pavement. You should not miss the wonderful breakfast. It is a good Japanese spread and uses local produce. We spent 3 nights here as an introduction to Sapporo. The double bed was placed against a wall so one of us getting in/out is rather inconvenient. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice Hotel and Will Use it Again
My son and I visited Sapporo for the first time. We didn't know where everything was located but the Keio Plaza Hotel as located in a nice, clean street near the Hokkaido University campus and also a walking distance from Sapporo trains station. The hotel was clean, served was very good, and we very much enjoyed staying there.

Simple hotel. Clean room. Great breakfast. Simple laundry and even simpler gym. Nice staff and easy access to the Natural History Museum, the TV Tower and the Sapporo Clock. Wireless ear pods disappeared. Guessing gremlins or maybe now under the bed. Regardless a good place to rest for a few days.

The hotel is steps away from the JR Sapporo Ekimae West exit. Very convenient. There are restaurants within steps from the hotel. Staff are very attentive and nice. The guest lounge provides free beverages to guests during the afternoon/ evening hours. However, the triple room is quite small in size compare to the other hotels in the area. Given the price, I was expecting more or a slightly bigger room. It's impossible to keep 3 standard suitcases in the room let alone try opening 2 of them at the same time, so that's something you should be aware of. Basically everything is cramped and it's not easy to move around. There is cleaning service provided on a daily basis. However, after the 3rd night, there is some strange scenes coming from the bathroom - not sure if it's the cleaning products they use or whatever reason behind it.. the experience did put us off a little. Another comment I would make rather than providing individual/ one-time use shampoo/conditioner/ body wash bottles, it perhaps is more environmental friendly to provide guests with the family size bottles. The overall stay was pleasant, but for the same price, I would consider other hotels in the area next time when I visit when we look for a triple room.
