The area was super walkable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not quite up to a great standard with a stain reminiscent of pink mold on the floor of the shower, as well as a window with no covering in the shower providing little privacy while using the bathroom.

Firstly didn’t respond to messages about airport transfer. When we arrived, they gave us a twin room even though our booking was for queen bed room. Evening staff didn’t speak English so it wasn’t resolved. In the morning they reassigned to a room which didn’t have a safe, the fridge was extremely noisy and our room wasn’t cleaned. The breakfast area was really dirty as tables had not been cleared from previous guests and choice was not great.

Ok hotel, good location. The room was a bit tatty, needs a bit of updating. Shower was boiling or cold. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool almost always in the shade as it's on the ground level surrounded by tall buildings. Saunas were not working. Only 5 minutes walk from paulista avenue.

Pessima estadia

Fiz meu check in em 04/09. Colocaram-me em um quarto sem ar condicionado. Apto 1112. Como apenas percebí ao me deitar resolví dormir assim mesmo. Reclamei no segundo dia: o recepcionista Manuel disse-me que não tinham mais quartos e não teve nenhuma empatia com meu problema sem se preocupar com dar solução. O recepcionista Maciel procurou ajudar e me ofereceu outro quarto que não tinha sifão da pia, por isso neguei. Entregaram-me o quarto 912 que como estava com muita pressa devido a um compromisso com hora marcada, não coseguí verificar e ao deitar novamente no dia 05/09 ,para minha surpresa, também não tinha ar condicionado funcionando. Fiz um video e entreguei minha queixa no check out na recepção por escrito para o gerente julio Cesar que não se encontrava Estou no aguardo de qual será meu ressarcimento pois paguei um hotel 4 estrelas na intenção de um bom atendimento e recebí um péssimo serviço.
