This was a disaster from beginning to end. Nowhere, when booking, does it say that this hotel does not have someone on site to check you in. Nor does it say that you will be texted a code to enter the gate and your room. And since my US phone does not have an international plan, I did not receive the information that would have allowed me to self check in. I did not know until I arrived at the property and saw the sign posted. Luckily I banged on the door and met a staff member who was just leaving. He accessed the reservation and checked me in but gave me no codes to return outside nor even leave my room. As far as I could tell there was no mini market nearby and no mini bar in the room. Upon leaving the next morning for the airport I saw a vending machine in the lobby. Lots of younger people coming ang going at all hours and lots of noise. It is close to the airport which is why I booked but I am ceryain, for the same price, you can find a hotel in the same area with live help. I would never stay there again and I urge the hotel to note the check.in protocol on the booking sites.

Bom.... Em primeiro lugar quero dizer que, as vezes pequenos problemas acontecem! Vejo muitos comentários aí sobre o hotel,pessoas reclamando... Mas acho que, pelo custo benefício e localização a menos de 3 quadras do aeroporto de Congonhas ( dá pra ir a pé em 7 minutos) ... POR essas e outras....vale a pena! Digo que fui bem recebido porque cheguei e meu quarto havia sido remanejado, mas o Kléber, funcionário pediu desculpas e foi muito proativo em resolver o problema. Vcs precisam saber que... Se chegarem no horário comercial... haverá pessoas lá presencial para resolver algum problema...ou seja, de manhã até às 18horas. Chegando fora desse horário....aperte o botão ( tipo uma campainha na parede) e haverá um atendimento remoto. Aconselho que vc hóspede, não deixe para instalar o app vivakey e fazer check-in lá na hora! Faça ANTES! Com antecedência de ao menos um dia! Porque há instabilidade do app, para preencher o cadastro e etc. Mas FUNCIONA! NO entanto... Faça antes! Cara Pálida! rsrsrs Pra mim foi TOP a hospedagem. Cumpriu o propósito de eu ter uma caminha pra dormir bem pertinho do aeroporto e poder embarcar com tranquilidade. Fui a pé!
