O hotel é realmente ruim. Já estive em São Paulo várias vezes, e esse é, de longe, o pior em que já fiquei. Não é só pela simplicidade, porque não sou exigente com essas coisas, mas o hotel não tem recepção – apenas uma cabine, não tem elevador, nem frigobar para guardar uma água no quarto. A qualidade geral é bem ruim, o lugar é antigo, o banheiro tem a pia entupida, e ainda tive que dividir o quarto com um grilo. Além disso, o hotel fica ao lado de um abrigo de moradores de rua, então eles estão sempre por perto, muitas vezes sob o efeito de drogas. Ontem, por exemplo, quando cheguei, fiquei tocando a campainha, porque o hotel é todo fechado e não tem segurança. Enquanto esperava, alguns homens estranhos passaram e fiquei morrendo de medo, até que finalmente apareceu alguém para abrir a porta. A situação é realmente complicada. Há um shopping próximo, mas a área parece perigosa.

Barato, mas extremamente simples.
Como só usei para dormir e foi muito barato, me serviu. Mas não tem espaço nenhum, não tem cadeira, cômoda, lugar para guardar roupa, secador de cabelo, a pia é dentro do box do banheiro, sem isolamento acústico (o trânsito é intenso), café da manhã bem frugal, enfim, bem simples. É só para passar a noite mesmo. Para compensar, a localização é excelente, perto do aeroporto de Congonhas, 400 metros do metrô e perto do Vibra São Paulo, onde fui num show, e os funcionários são bem atenciosos.

Para uma agenda de negócios, ótimo custo-benefício
E um hotel simples, aparentemente adaptado de outro hotel que pode ter sido adquirido pelo grupo. Para uma viagem onde se vai apenas pernoitar no local, é um ótimo custo-benefício. Se pretende passar mais tempo no local, vale analisar. De toda forma, supriu muito bem a minha necessidade e as atendentes foram super atenciosas. Tinha tudo que eu precisava e o café é servido individualmente no quarto, algo preparado e que é gostoso. Recomendo e devo retornar em nova agenda de negócios.

Hotel simples, condizente com o valor cobrado, porém existe algumas pontos de melhoria a ser observado. Limpeza do banheiro bem ruim, quarto com uma boa cama, porém ar condicionado só ligava e ventilava não gelando. É importante informar que o café da manhã é servido no quarto todos os dias mediante solicitação, sendo apenas pão, presunto, queijo e dois bolinhos da Bauducco, pra mim está ok, e bebidas com café e leite. Compramos refrigerante todos os dias para acompanhamento e o valor cobrado não é abusivo. Atentar principalmente para o local que o hotel está, próximo tem muita concentração de usuários sendo perigoso saída a noite
