Big problem to gain acces,
The stay was great, only the entry to the building was with automatic foto id, and this did not work for me, so i could not get into the building (no reception) quickly, needed to call them or wait for another person to go in. This is not good, 2 days i suffered wit Th this, the hour i left they managed to fix it … too late too little

I had to spend TWO hours on the phone with an Expedia agent because my reservation wasn’t found in property’s system (Charlie). Therefore, they didn’t let me in the property to check-in. The area is so unsafe that two other guests were robbed at gun point literally in front of the property, very close to where I was at. I thought I was going to be robbed too considering I had all my luggage vulnerable with me. After that, the agent transferred me to a nearby hotel that was under construction, incredibly old and not at the same level of the studio I had originally paid for. I asked to be transferred back to Charlie which I had to spend another hour on the phone with an agent. This literally was the worst experience I had with an Expedia hotel.

I didn’t even get to use my stay as it was available on the website to be used on the same day, so I got the reservation. The property requires a 24h notice with your info to let you in and kept saying they didn’t have the reservation number. So I just wanted my money.

Estadia fabulosa. O apartamento tem tudo funcionando bem. Chuveiro quente, cafeteira, microondas, geladeira, cook top, ar condicionado, smart tv com netflix, youtube, wi fi, lençóis limpinhos, ferro de passar a vapor, limpeza excelente. Pra fucar perfeito só falta o café da manhã. O hotel é pequeno, sem grande area externa, mas tem um coworking, academia, piscina coberta e uma mesa de bilhar incrível. Fiquei fã e quero retornar. Posso fazer minha comida do meu jeito. Só não vi mercado perto, mas tem padaria, restaurante com bom preço, fica a 10 minutos do Shopping Ibirapuera e próximo de todas as ofertas do aeroporto, basta atravessar a passarela. Fui andando pra lá. A passarela tem elevador. E tem ônibus pra todo canto e todas as estações de metrô bem em frente ao aeroporto. Estou encantada. Preço justo e acomodação muito boa!!! Deixei minha mãe e meu irmão hospedados lá ainda por dois dias e eles amaram também. O atendimento só não tem a alegria dos baianos, mas é muito profissional e educado. Recomendadíssimo!

Boa experiência, exceto pela limpeza do chão.
No geral, positivo. O que foi realmente incômodo foi a limpeza do chão e banheiro. Passei os 3 dias tendo que usar tênis dentro do quarto porque estava sujo. Reclamei no primeiro dia, mas só enviariam alguém no último, então pedi para não irem. As acomodações foram ótimas no geral. Cama confortável, geladeira, disposição do quarto, bom chuveiro. No geral, eu voltaria a ficar. Se em uma segunda experiência a sujeira do chão permanecesse, não cogitaria mais a Charlie como uma opção.
