We thought the apartment was nice but felt slightly dated. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they came and fixed it for us. The main issue we had with the place is that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We did a general cleanup ourselves, but appreciate they offered to come clean it for us. The area was very nice, with a grocery store across the street, within walking distance to the mall and subway. The front desk has a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly to anything you need. We would stay there again.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Zona de mucho movimiento nocturno. Bares restaurantes y baladas. El personal excelente. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Congonhas. Aún así no se escuchan ruidos de motores de aviones, porque está muy bien aislado. Felicitaciones!!

A estadia foi ok. Tem muito barulho pela proximidade do aeroporto, mas já sabia disso. Tem muitos restaurantes e mercados perto, o que facilita muito no dia a dia. Além disso, o hotel disponibiliza itens de cozinha para vc cozinhar no próprio apartamento. Um ponto é que você paga um valor referente a taxa de limpeza, mas não tem limpeza diária no quarto.

Gostei bastante, mas deveria incluir pelo menos uma limpeza e troca de toalhas durante a hospedagem, passei 6 dias e não tive direito, a menos que fosse pago uma taxa. Tem um fluxo muito grande de aviões, o que não nos incomodou pois passamos o dia fora, caso seu objetivo seja outro pode ser que atrapalhe. Fora isso, funcionários muito atenciosos, metrô, shopping e padaria muito perto. Fizemos vários programas caminhando.

Muy buena comunicación inclusive yo no hablo portugues pero en español me entendieron bien, la habitación es bastante pequeña pero cumple con lo básico que ofrece, los alrededores son tranquilos y hay muchas opciones de comida y bares, un supermercado en la esquina.

Estrutura muito boa. O enxoval de banho, não é muito bom. A cama é ok. Pessoal da recepção, muito simpáticos. No caso do café da manhã, eu incluí na estadia, porém ao chegar ao local, se adquirisse na hora eu pagaria 40% menos. No lugar de privilegiar quem paga antes, desmerece.
