Fomos muito bem recebidos, a equipe é atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã muito gostoso e saboroso. Entretanto a estrututa do local precisa de mais cuidados. Como fica no meio da mata, tem muitos pássaros que fazem ninho no forro dos quartos, que é de pvc que deixa um barulho sobre o teto. Impossivel dormir.

Realmente desiludido.. nao reconhecem o pagamento pelo site. Queria receber novamente no balcao. Troquei de hotel realmente uma perca de tempo e ainda dizem estar a 2,2km do thermas que e mentira estao muito longe.. nao recomendo jamais
