It was quite inconvenient to find that the only iron available was in the lobby, requiring me to take all my clothes downstairs to iron and then bring them back up. I strongly suggest that the hotel consider providing an iron in every room to improve the guest experience, especially for those visiting for business purposes. I will not be booking any more with your hotel, it's better to find another one that provide iron box in every room. "
