Brilliant hotel
This hotel is excellent - impressive building & facilities with slow, relaxing vibe, not as crowded as some other hotels with all the screaming kids and anxious parents. It’s all very chill. Have to emphasize that Stella Li was super nice and helpful!

Hotel building, playground, and private beach are nice, but the restaurant service was very poor. We stayed at Shangri-la hotel Sanya for two nights and here for one night. We love Shangri-la more.

Excellent Service
All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Room is spacious and has a great view. Very comfortable with a pillow menu. The only negative is that there is no swimming because the currents are too high.

Schwimmen / Baden im Meer nicht erlaubt
Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Schöne Anlage mit gutem Service. Zimmer sind großzügig mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Aquarium Restaurant ist definitiv ein Besuch wert. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, ist das der Strand obwohl sehr schön, nicht zum Sonnenbaden und schwimmen freigegeben ist. Laut aussage auf Anordnung der Provinz Regierung. Und nur zum Spazieren gehen am Strand würde ich da nicht mehr hingehen. Pool ist ok aber richtig schwimmen im Meer ist etwas anderes.

酒店大 漂亮和有沙灘在附近
酒店整體是不錯的，環境和酒店設施都不錯。只是水族館餐廳價錢較貴，還有客房服務不太滿意，打幾次服務中心都沒人接，通了又說打錯電話，有點莫名奇妙！除了客服中心一般，其他都還可以。

Quiet place but not convenient to anywhere
Quiet location, only a shopping mall is near the hotel. And the food inside the mall is fair taste. It is a wonderful hotel if you plan to stay at the hotel and enjoy the facilities for all time of the trip. Otherwise, i recommend another hotel which is not located in haitong bay in sanya

五歲的女兒說：「我可以留在海南島，不回香港嗎？」（其實你係鍾意間酒店，唔係海南島囉 LOL）
一間非常合適一家大小渡假的酒店。房間非常寬敞，床舖、嬰兒床也非常乾淨、衛生。有點失望是沒有提供咖啡機，未能在大海景的露台裡邊hea邊歎咖啡。而且電視台選擇極不理想，連DisneyChannel或CartoonNetwork也未能提供，使女兒只能看央視少兒台，hahaha.... 酒店前大草坪，可在草地上玩大半天也沒問題，而且滅蚊工作做得很好，一粒也沒有咬過。 沙灘很寧靜，不過懷疑有很多不是酒店的遊客在使用，而且放置毛巾的櫃是上了鎖，未能取用。泳池是細了一點、讓小朋友玩的設施也不夠，而剛巧到埗的第一二天天氣較涼，池水很冰，不能下水，只能待在小小的熱水按摩池裡與大媽們共游。但女職員很細心還替女兒披好毛巾，免她著涼。 兒童室每天提供不同活動給小朋友，參加了在海底隧道舉行之繪畫班，非常開心。 兒童室也多遊樂設施，但反斗車王、馬達加斯加企鵝便反覆播放（我也被逼看了兩三次），而女兒的拖鞋竟在門外被偷走（已經提防被誤取而寫上了「中文姓名」！怒！） 餐廳質素不錯，但選擇較少，但可以走到五分鐘旁的商場food court用餐。建議可以有接駁車去商場，拖著兩個小孩走過爛路到商場，又要經過停車場，頗危險。 機場往酒店車程比較遠，酒店有專車接載，但班次很少，而且接不到由香港來的港龍班次，要我們自費300人民幣到酒店（來回共用了600元）。 要留意房間浴室地面較滑，一歲多的小兒子便在四天裡滑倒三次，碰到頭哇哇大哭。

酒店有一个很大的草坪 宝宝爬着很舒服 婴儿床也可以做游戏床很安全 有宝宝泳池水是温的 朝海的房间很大很漂亮 过年期间酒店还安排了很多有年味的活动 舞龙舞狮 还有财神给宝宝发巧克力 工作人员很helpful 就是订餐什么的需要银行转账有一些麻烦 过年是套餐不可以单点。靠近海滩 有一个很棒的海底餐厅 婴儿床很适合宝宝 。没什么说的了为什么还不让我留言…
