Nice hotel but they didn’t explain how to operate the air conditioner on the 2nd floor and I had to ask for the mattress on the pull out couch to be switched because it was way too soft and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Very disappointed to learn on our last day that we can oils have ordered breakfasts à La carts instead of buffet and apparently this was an option we could have chosen every day because breakfast was included. Instead I never ate at all because I dislike buffet style breakfasts.

The Majestic Hotel is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The pool area is large with plenty of sitting . Our room was very spacious with a Hugh balcony where we could see the sunset every evening . The bathroom was very clean and a good size . We had breakfast included in our room booking and it was amazing!!! The staff there were incredible . The hotel manager made a point to greet every guest and she was very accommodating to our needs .Thank you E!!!! David from the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦

Great option, 10 minutes from town with views of sunset and sunrise. The service staff was amazing, Amin and his bar tender at night and Dora and her colleague in the morning had smiles and no request was not tended to very quickly. I really appreciated my stay and believe you will too!

Staff were absolutely fabulous and attentive. So welcoming and they knew who you were which made it a very personal experience. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday. The hotel is clean and the views are amazing. A wide choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. Location is walking distance of Fira. We had a car and parking could be a problem at times. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.
