When we left our room to enjoy a leisurely breakfast we returned to find the room cleaned every day. Amazing hotel with amazing views. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We rented a car and parked right in front of the hotel. Pool, spa and restaurant were great. Every room has a view of the caldera and a little patio/balcony. Would return.

The customer service is unparalleled.The commitment to excellence is refreshing. The staff is attentive, despite having multiple guests to serve. Staff can assist with coordinating tours, drivers and activities with ease. Try the spa, the service and staff were phenomenal. Overall the experience was the best of my 2024 vacation period and I will definitely be back and will recommend it to my family and friends

Lovely stay at Santorini Princess and Spa hotel. They acknowledged our anniversary with candles and balloons. The nice touch for all guests was the champagne and piece of cake upon arrival. The pool is great and views from the pool spectacular of the sunset! The breakfast delicious and plentiful. I had a facial and Eva was lovely and amazing.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Santorini Princess! The pool and grounds are beautiful, the view is amazing and the rooms are so spacious and clean and just really nice. The restaurant serves an unbelievable breakfast buffet and the dinner we had at the hotel was top notch. The sunset view is also hard to beat! Best of all is the staff who were so pleasant and helpful. If we come back to Santorini, we will stay here again for sure!

The most amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. First thing they said their priority was to make us happy and they really mean it. We felt very welcomed. The view is one of the best on the island island. Typically I don’t write review when I stay at a hotel. But this one was very special compared to many hotels I stayed in previously.
