An amazing view by far the best idea to stay here at the volcanic suite. Over looking the sea and having the sun was great. Spacious place with more than enough room. Balcony and pool were amazing addons and space was close to everything. 10/10

Amazing Ocean Views, great weather, friendly staff. It was a great stay. Just be prepared to go up and down a whole lot of stairs! Good to walk off those wonderful meals.

I understand the importance of safety policies, such as concerns about leaving an umbrella open on the balcony. However, staff should inform guests about such matters before handing over registration documents or room keys. Unfortunately, I was not notified, and instead, someone entered my room without telling me it was not ready. This experience left me feeling unsafe and unable to trust the service. While I hope this was only my personal experience and not how other guests are treated, it was very disappointing. For this reason, I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends or family.

This location had an incredible view of the water, sunset, and town. The room I had came with a private hot tub, although the water was like warm it was pleasant to watch the sunset or relax in the evening. There is a lively pool and poolside bar/lounges. Finding the hotel and accessing it is difficult as it requires walking through the town (walking paths only) and moving up and down winding stairs. The free breakfast was great. The staff was incredible and the cleaning service amazing.

The property is wonderful. We got in early and they were helpful carrying our luggages to our room. Quite far from the closest drop off site. So nice to not have to lug it through the busy streets. Breakfast was great. Hot tub in room also just right. Everything was so organized and everyone was also so nice.

The views from the Villa are incredible. The pick up service and porters to bring your luggage down are a must if you stay here. If you have any physical limitations, find someplace else to stay. If you are in good health, definitely stay here. The service is excellent. There is nothing that you could need that they couldn’t help you with.(other than flush toilets.)🙂The views are incredible and the room was very comfortable and spacious. It made for the trip of a lifetime.

NOT A GREAT TIME...

Too busy. Too many stairs. The staff late at night is not knowledgeable. This hotel is only good if you are an influencer looking to make cash. We left early despite them refusing to refund us. We lost over $1000 but it was worth it to leave. They are not a vacation spot. They are a vapid place for photos. Additionally, in some reviews people mention credit card fraud. They replied that they put in procedures to stop it, but they literally had me hand write my number in a sheet of paper. No clue where that paper went. No assurances. Nothing posted about Visa / MC requirements. Our vacation got way better when we left. We got a VRBO near Akrotiri with nearly the same beautiful views.....

Oiamare Villas was a lovely hotel. One thing l did not enjoy was seeing a local resident’s property amidst our room that was unkempt. The place was dirty and the person living there was walking around in his undergarments when we passed by., i asked to be moved and was offered a room of “lesser” value, not an upgrade. For a hotel of this stature l was disappointed. I asked again the next day and never heard back from them.

This property was amazing! It was ABSOLUTELY perfect and walkable to everywhere. The staff was super friendly and catered to our needs. Breakfast was great! Watching the sunset in Oia was perfect from this location!!! <3 Will stay here in the future. Highly Recommend for a romantic getaway.

The room was amazing with an incredible view. The staff is extremely helpful and they can arrange bookings to sought after restaurants with ease. The only difficulty is getting to the centre road of oia which is just a 3 minute walk but in a steep incline. By the end of our 5 day stay we actually felt that we are becoming more fit. The hotel provides porters to get your luggage in and out of the facilities (which is an extremely difficult physical task so I would recommend tipping them fairly). The included breakfast is very tasty and includes homemade greek foods! We will definitely come back to Oia and definitely choose Oia Mare Villas again!

The Nicest Property in Oia

Everything was fantastic other than our actual room. It did not have the Seaview that we had paid for other than that. The property is beautiful and in a good location to see the sunset and a lot less for traffic, which makes it more peaceful.
