Giota! The front desk/Concierge Manager was extraordinary! Best I’ve ever Expierences in anticipating your every need! The hotel has an elevator- all these hotels have very steep stairs with few offering an elevator , this one did! The place is in a perfect location with a great Resteraunt and Sister Resteraunt’s at another hotel nearby - Very expensive for their best suite but once you pay for accommodations very fair pricing on all else. Excellent room service food!

The room quality was exceptional, and every detail was what you would expect of a 5-star resort. The staff was always available to make recommendations, and their island tips were right on point. This was probably the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The suite was spacious, spotless and appeared to recently updated. The terrace was huge and well appointed and the plunge pool comfortable and clean. The view was the shining star. We were on the top level so no one was peering down on our terrace so we had ample privacy while still being the the thick of it. Service and food were amazing. I can't recommend it strongly enough. Go, stay and luxuriate in one of Santorini's best offerings.
