Llegue antes de las 3 de la tarde i me cobraron 20 dollar extra . En menos de 12 ora tuve que cambiar 3 veces de habitacion . Hice un check out sin poder ver televisor . Telefono en el tercer cuarto no funcionaba . Por casualidat la receptionista paso por la habitacion i nos dijo que va a solucionar el televisor . No vino nunca mas i no dijo nada tampoko . Muy mal . Quiero mi 20 dollar de regreso .

Several of the door latches to several rooms were completely off of the doors & I had to go looking with staff for a secure door that has a door latch on the securely lock the door so I would feel safe & secure & my belongings protected. That made me feel very unsafe. But they found a door with the latch on the lock so I decided to stay

The hotel is in a great location, however the facilities are old and some part of the lobby ceiling were broken and damaged. The curtains in the room were dirty and seems old. No complain about the staff, super attentive, specially the receptionist and the security guy. Brakefast was very good. With a little renovation this hotel will be excellent.

The room was clean but it needs a major upgrade. There is a club on the top floor so it definitely was not quiet. I just needed a place to sleep as I was visiting friends in the area, so parking was convenient as well. All in all, safe place if you need something for a couple of days. Would not recommend for families or a stay longer than a couple of days.

The hotel itself is nice but there is always a line to get in because the hotel has a nightclub on the 9th floor. The lobby is full of people going to the nightclub.

Very convenient hotel if your plan is to be in the city center for a short term or for business, the location of the hotel is good within a walking distance to shops, banks, restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are clean and big enough, breakfast was okay for the price but during the weekend the noise of the club upstairs is loud and will continued until almost 5 am. Their personnel are very kind and attentive, overall it was good for the price just loud.
