The room was clean, however the toilet wasnt flushing properly. We had it looked at twice and the problem persisted. Unfortunately, in our last night we came to our room and it was never cleaned so had to call the concierge for clean towels. The hotel is in a great location, but it felt more like a room of an apartment than of a hotel. Not sure I will stay there again.

Nothing wrong with the property, but the reception staff was extremely rude, and the though the reservation was arranged by Expedia to be paid at the end of the stay, they charged it beforehand to "secure" the room, and charged it again at check in. The first charge is has not been reversed to my account yet and it is still showing "in transit". Keep away from people who does not respect your money and use deceptive marketing to lure you in.

The staff is not at all friendly. They don't know how to talk to customers. Multiple pleas to provide towels to the room were left on deaf ear. The room cleaning cleaned the room but forgot to place any towels in the room. When asked for the same, they didn't help us after saying that they would. The receptionist doesn't know how to apologize for inconvenience. When we said the above inconvenience we faced during the checkout, all we were told was that the room was paid for and we are good to go. Very bad experience this time.
