I really like the interior design and structure. I also noticed signs of neglect, like a broken and missing rod to hang the towel. The windows in room 211 need to be fixed or replaced altogether. So does the drainage in the shower. Otherwise, this is a vary nice and convenient place for a short stay in the Dominican capital.

Everything went well. I have stayed at Casa Conde more than 10 times and this time it was the same as ever. One thing has improved over the years is the wifi service. Oh... and breakfast. Now it is self service. The hotel is very clean and staff are always willing to help.

Didn’t get what I expected.
Online it showed that I had I big room with a balcony but when I checked in I got a little room with no balcony. And by me checking in they would allow me to get my money back so I had to keep the room but I went down the block and got the big room that I was looking for. But the staff was awesome.

All you need, where you need!
Location and services were great! This was not the most spacious hotel room I've ever stayed in, but given the premium location, it was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodated a couple of requests. Overall, I think this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Zona Colonial! Every landmark is located at walking distance from the hotel

An excellent value I would greatly recommend. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained basic fair. The breakfast was excellent especially considering the room rate. The staff is very helpful and professional. An excellent choice for those who like clean, basic, accommodations with a touch of class. One thing to be mindful of though are lots of tile stairs without banisters, and as it is an old building, some micro irregularities in floor levels, but they are all clearly marked, but older guests should take note of this. Enjoy!!!
