Everything was very good but our arrival and first evening was ruined by this small boutique hotel being taken over by a wedding party denying us the opportunity to dine there on what was a wet night outside. Guests must be told in advance of such events so they can find peace and tranquility elsewhere.

Excellent service; for this type of hotel I suggest quality of towels should be better… Towels are currently monogrammed but they are too small and the quality is awful. I rather have plain towels and good quality.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic district with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay - there were so many delicious options to choose from, and I looked forward to it every morning. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo

I stayed here in the pandemic but was forced to leave the country because of it. I came back and it’s as beautiful as I remember. The hotel has a perfect location. Is the perfect size with perfect staff and amenities. The rooms are beautiful and relaxing. The gentleman at the front desk was born for this place!!! Def the only hotel I’ll stay in Santo Domingo.
