Terrible communication. i Messaged several times about the shuttle. No response to messages. No what’s app at all. In the end, I paid for an international phone call and tried to ring them but still no answer. I don’t know if it’s the Expedia app or their app but I just couldn’t get hold of them. No one at the airport knew where the shuttle would be going to so in the end we had to pay for an Uber. Then the hotel said they would talk to the manager about a refund but they didn’t bother.

Modern hotel with nice rooms similar to what you would find in Canada or the States. Tip for shuttle service: it comes to the departures level, not arrivals. It comes 15 minutes after the hour. Once I figured that out I no longer had to take Über.

Airport shuttle didn't pick us up and we had to take an Uber. The hotel will send you an email asking for your name, number of people, and your flight information but after you reply they do not confirm that they received your message. There is no signage at the airport for where you meet the shuttle. Don't choose this hotel based on the "free" shuttle service. Stay somewhere cheaper and pay for an Uber or taxi. There is a Holiday Inn right at the airport. This probably would have been the best option.

Room was comfortable and in good shape. Good breakfast. Difficult to get in touch with front desk by phone but they did respond by WhatsApp. Some confusion trying to book airport transfer as I kept getting messages from them through Hotels.com but they do not use the communication feature and the hotel must be called directly. They were unapologetic about the confusion.

I was very surprised at how great this hotel turned out to be. They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel. It’s very modern with spacious and clean rooms. They also have a great restaurant in the hotel which was very convenient since there’s not much food around the airport. The staff were very nice and friendly.
