Nice hotel with friendly staff - it looked like they were undergoing renovations while they were there, so not all of the amenities were available. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you are leaving king for a quiet place that is within walking distance of great restaurants and parks
This is a very nice, comfortable property. The kitchen was not open so there was no breakfast, but there were cafes near by. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, If anything could improve it would be internet access which was patchy.
The Hotel itself is fine and good value for money - unfortunately the area around the hotel has deteriorated and was very dirty with rubbish strewn over the streets. The hotel is clean and tidy and the roof top seating area is nice. The rooms are ok but dated as are the bathroom facilities but for the price it was a good and value option to stay.
My special thanks to Christian at the desk, who went out of his way for me more than any hotel has in a very long time. He wasn't there when I xhexked out to thank him, which I regret.

Denise and Victoria were excellent at attentive to our needs and requests - not only regarding the property but also the local attractions.
This is the armpit of The city. unsafe neighborhood, filthy property, poorly functioning parking plumbing, bugs everywhere and they lock you in because the area is so unsafe and they don’t want nefarious characters entering. We checked in and checked out 20 minutes later. The photos you see online must have been taken many years ago. This is bait and switch! Of course done manager will respond to this review and apologize, offering to make it “right” next time- don’t buy it it! This place is more in line with a crack house than a hotel. You have been WARNED!
It's a small hotel, cozy and comfortable. After five days there we felt like we were home. The receptionists were wonderful, friendly, kind and very helpful. Our room was always clean.
The property is very depressing looking and different than the photos online. The bedding was very dirty, filled with stains. The staff are lovely and super nice. If you can spare the additional money, I would stay somewhere else.

Positives:
The staff was friendly and available 24 hours a day.
The check-in and check-out processes were smooth.
I had a late flight, and they held my baggage on check-out day free of charge.
The hotel is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and clubs.
Recommendations:
THE HOTEL CAT - the hotel has a cat named Luna. Luna roams around the hotel at her leisure. It would be nice to let guests know this before in case anyone is allergic to cats.
CLEANLINESS- The hotel was not clean. It had a layer of dust on the furniture and in the rooms. The hotel has hardwood floors, and the dirt is obvious. My bathroom was not clean before my arrival. There was hair around the toilet, and the drinking glasses in the hotel room were not properly cleaned. During my three-night stay, my room was not cleaned.
AMENITIES - The hotel did not provide the complete list of amenities listed on the webpage and their guest-welcome pamphlet. It is essential to update all websites, brochures, and third-party websites with accurate information. The hotel did not serve breakfast, and there was no bar. The concierge service was non-existent. The rooms were not cleaned daily. The tour/ticket assistance was not available.
