Very convenient for the airport, extremely short walk. Welcome from staff a little cool although polite and business like. Room OK, maybe would benefit from a little care and attention (very soft mattress) but generally acceptable considering the location and convenience. Breakfast was ok, limited choices but what was there was good and hours of operation good for the majority of flights. Dinner was good - again slightly limited choices but the chicken and steak were both excellent. The very best thing was our waiter at dinner - apologies for not getting a name - he was cheerful, welcoming, helpful and exceptionally pleasant, a real bonus for the hotel.

Excellent hotel, steps from Terminal 1 in Santiago. Some staff members are excellent. The breakfast as well, generous. Beautiful garden around the property very well maintained. Very clean. Terminal 2 is within a walkable distance.

I have already submitted a review so I will not repeat what I said there. The only comment that I would like to make is about access to the hotel. We thought that we could get our car to the door to drop our luggage and our friend with mobility issues. We could not find any information about how to get to the hotel. Finally we got into the car park next door and had to walk (not a great distance, fair enough) with the luggage and a very slow moving friend. If that is what we should have done all along, we would have welcomed some instructions to this effect. Once inside the hotel, everything was excellent.

Clean rooms. Great beds and choices of pillows (soft or hard). Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Free parking was a bonus. Staff were efficient, happy and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble.

The location was convenient after a long flight but the staff were not interested in answering questions. Food in their restaurant was below average and expensive (except for the cream). There is no jug in the room so if you feel like a cup of tea - too bad. Went down to reception to ask (phone was broken). Basically said ‘too bad’ no jug. Did not offer alternative to get hot water. You stay here only for the location nothing else.

We sincerely appreciate the support and kindness from all the staff. When my husband had heart issues and we were unable to fly, the staff were very helpful and supportive. They helped with doctors, interpreting, getting medication and handling all issues during our stay. This made a stressful situation easier.
