Located in the historical village of Alcanede, in Santarém, the house inserted in a former agricultural property was totally renovated in 2015 and has seven double rooms with private bathroom, kitchen equipped for the confection of meals, dining room with two extendable tables, being with a stone fireplace, a press with a press and about 200 years of history, reading corners, outdoor spaces and green spaces. The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs and awnings parasols and allows you to enjoy outdoor meals. The house has heating, lift, access for the disabled and is decorated in a simple and cheerful, with recycled materials and parts. In the garden there is a wooden swimming pool to refresh in the hot days, loungers and hammocks to rest.
The house is in a property that is crossed by a small river whose bridge gives access to four hectares of land with an orchard and a lot, ideal for hiking, picnics or biking. Freedom is total.
Alcanede has a castle and a football field beach volleyball; a Roman bridge and a Natural Park with caves with the possibility of climbing to more than 50 meters deep. Plants hundreds of varieties of teas; dinosaur footprints, blue and river pools quarries.
