Wir haben unsere sehr schöne, gemütliche Erdgeschosswohnung mit eigenem Garten, "Pura Vida" (pures Leben) genannt. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr beliebten Ferienanlage, mit großer Gemeinschaftspoollandschaft mit Whirlpool und eigenem Restaurant, in Cala Egos. Zum Strand, einer kleinen sehr hübschen Bucht Namens Calo dès Pou sind es ca.300 m zu Fuß. Gegenüber der Anlage befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt in dem man Morgens seine frischen Brötchen kaufen kann. Das Zentrum mit Supermärkten, Bars, Shops und Restaurants erreicht man in ca 200 m Entfernung. Zum dem idyllischen Yachthafen geht man ca. 1.000 Meter.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Komplett modernisiert und Sie verfügt über WLAN und eine Klimaanlage. Das große Wohnzimmer beinhaltet auch die offene neue Küche und den Essplatz. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein neues, großes Doppelbett mit Schrank und Kommode. Das neue Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und WC und Haartrockner.

Zusätzlich steht auf der Terrasse ein Tisch mit Stühlen sowie 4 Sonnenliegen und einer Hängematte zum Entspannen zur Verfügung.

Sehr schöne Anlage, grün und angenehm ruhig, fantastischer Pool, für sportliches Schwimmen und Kinder perfekt geeignet. Nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand. Sehr freundliche und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gemütliche Unterkunft, schöne große Terasse.
