Our home is a two bedroom spacious (1100 square ft) apartment in Cala Egos, one queen size bed on main bedroom and a truckle bed room with 3 beds. The 1st floor apartment has two bathrooms (bath and shower), good size utility room with washing machine and safe, air-conditioning and heating in all rooms. Nicely furnished and fully equipped with complete home appliances included, WIFI available and free of charge, Chromcast and Sky TV, music system, in the two settee living room. The spacious living room opens out onto semi-covered balcony offering another 150 sq ft of living area, perfect for breakfast, dining and entertaining in the evening, with table and chairs. The balcony views are stunning over the beautiful and well-kept garden and swimming pools. The traditional style apartment has double windows which provides an extra quietness. Recently decorated and furnished to superior standards. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, utensils and home appliances including: dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobe, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, juice and smoothie machine, toaster, multiprocessor, water boiler, etc. A folding cot is available for infants and children´s car seat. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, security safe (access - key type), and beach umbrellas. Electric Hot water boiler (no gas in this apartment). All bed linen and towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned by professional cleaners before your arrival. Private underground parking. INTERNATIONAL COMPLEX: RESIDENCIA CALA DORADA
Great Location and complex, close to beaches, Marina and Yacht Club, shops, restaurants, sports, horses and golf 10 mins drive. The complex is gated and very secure with free WiFi available. The gardens are ideal for small children to play in while you can sit on a sunbed between the pool and gardens where is plenty of space and privacy. The swimming pool is 50metres long, with a superb jacuzzi area and is a very relaxing complex. There is a separate children's pool with waterfalls. The pools are only used by the people staying in the complex. The landscaped gardens are well kept and illuminated at night. The apartments enjoy a private Bistro cafeteria which looks out over the pools and lush gardens. They serve salads, sandwiches, hot food, cakes, tea & coffee, beers & wine and ice-creams. You can loan a book from the Bistro and hang out, it's a great place to meet up or just enjoy sitting having a drink while your children are playing in the pools. The Bistro also has a large screen TV, which is great to catch all the Sky Sports action.

SOURROUNDINGS: WALKING DISTANCE
All amenities are within 5min walking distance, beaches, Marina Cala D´Or & Yacht Club, shops, good sized supermarkets, lovely restaurants and bars (Nevada, Tony's Bar, Diferent), 24hour medical services, tennis club, horses and golf (10 min away). The apartment has 2 good beaches within a 5 mins walk: Cala Egos and Calo D´es Pou es Forti. Numerous other beaches are within a very short drive away: Cala Ferrera, Cala Gran and the natural reserve Cala Mondragó, and all beaches and bays are family friendly. This area of Mallorca -Cala D’Or- is best known for it's superb sandy beaches which are well cared for and with clear waters to swim and snorkel in, windsurfing, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and glass bottom boats Starfish which cruise around coves and bays. There is a little Tourist Train in Cala D´Or which goes from beach to beach or into town.
