This cosy typical Majorcan house in front of the sea welcomes 4 guests to the village of Portopetro.

Thanks to the terrace on the third floor of this house equipped with 3 sun loungers and a parasol, you can enjoy the views of the harbor under the warm sun and its Mediterranean climate. The entrance of the house allows you to put out some chairs and a table to enjoy a good breakfast in front of the sea.

The rustic interiors of the house, distributed over three floors, begin with a living room located on the ground floor. In this space, you will find a table where you can enjoy delicious meals with your companions. Next to the living room, you will find the independent kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your stay in the house. To complete the ground floor, there is a complete bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you will reach the second living room of the house which has the perfect views towards the sea thanks to the balcony. This room has a Smart TV to enjoy an evening of movies as well as an A/C to make the warm Mallorcan evenings more refreshing. On this same floor, there are the two bedrooms of the house, with a double bed and a fan in each room. One of the bedrooms has a TV. A second bathroom without a shower serves this first floor. Finally, if you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. The house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board that you can use during your stay.
