My only complaint was the phone lines were down the day I arrived so I couldn’t reach them for the shuttle from the airport.
Charged me 50$ for no reason. Came in late, slept and then left early didn’t even use the shower. Saw large black bug come from under the bed as I was leaving my room. Breakfast was 18 dollars but at least the coffee was free. Will never be back.
We have stayed here many times. It is convenient, clean and staff are welcoming. The pillows this stay weren’t as comfortable as previous stays

It was mediocre. Definitely not worth almost $300. When you think of Hilton, you expect better. I asked for a top floor room & was given one on the middle floor right next to elevator. Not ideal. Someone above us was making a ton a noise all night, could barely sleep. Room was outdated. Something in our room was making a tapping/buzzing noise all night.
Location is about 1 mile from airport. Reliable shuttle service, Staff was very helpful and courteous. Only there overnight so not very observant of the outside area, but it was quiet and felt safe. Restaurant was very simple, but served good food and the woman working there was stellar. Super courteous and professional.
Lo que no me gustó de este hotel es que no hay caja fuerte en las habitaciones también creo que la seguridad para los huéspedes no es muy buena por que cualquier persona puede subir alas habitaciones los elevadores no son controlados solo para los huéspedes yo soy de wachington state y cuando viajo a Seattle. En los hoteles 5 estrellas los elevadores no suben si no te registras con la tarjeta que te dan para entrar ala habitación entonces por eso no es excelente este hotel. También la persona que está en el área del desayuno el mesero le falta amabilidad. No se gana la propina parece mesero mal pagado. No creo que vuelva. a este hotel
