Welcome to Pelican House, a beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located a short walk from the white sandy beaches of the Florida Panhandle. This fully stocked home in the heart of the famous 30a is only 1/2 mile from Seaside. Walk or bike to restaurants, shops, ice cream, a convenience store, and more!

The pool is just steps away and includes plenty of space to catch some rays plus shady spots beneath the suspended sails. Two charcoal grills, ample seating, and a couple of hammocks complete the common space shared by just 16 similar cottages along the circle.

Inside you'll find everything you need to feel at home, including fresh paint throughout as of March 2021. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, grilling tools, and dishware, along with a microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. You will appreciate the full size washer/dryer, stove, and refrigerator with automatic ice maker. The TV in the living room includes a full soundbar, sub-woofer and DVD player, while each bedroom offers a TV with mini-soundbar. Access 140 channels from DirecTV and WiFi throughout the home. The master bedroom has a full size mirror, iron, ironing board, and a full bathroom. A bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and single on top in the second bedroom, combined with the pull-out sofa in the living room, brings the total number of guests to seven.


Be sure to open the drawers of the entertainment center where you'll discover movies, games, and beach reads to enjoy during your visit. A bar cart provides a set of bartending tools so you can indulge in your favorite craft cocktails while watching the sunset from the comfortable patio set on the front porch, overlooking the pool. It is our hope that your stay at Pelican House will be relaxing and carefree!

Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay for our family of five! Proximity is great as it is a short walk/bike ride to the beach and quite a few restaurants. The house was charming and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Highly recommend! I know we'll be back.

Good times, good times...
Nice clean property that was as comfortable as it was clean...a few cracked tiles, chipped paint but otherwise completely satisfactory. A blocked shower drain from a previous tenant was handled quickly and efficiently. Clear directions and descriptions made everything a whole lot less work and a lot more enjoyable.

Could’ve been good except for...
Fold out bed extremely dirty (not sleepable). Half eaten food in frig. Thats some outstanding COVID cleaning. Top of fridge (easily seen) dirty No coffee filters “24 hour supply of toilet paper. Lol. Such a nice touch for $365 a night (after all fees). Oven stops working in middle of breakfast biscuits. (No it never worked thereafter) TV’s in rooms not hooked up to satellite. Both showers clogged We had fun despite the lack of effort and negligence. I would ask for money back but anyway who is so tight to pinch on toilet paper is going to be a PIA to talk to. So i hope this review helps anyone

Great location and house
Loved our stay here, centrally located to Watercolor, Publix near by, donuts down the street. Very nice, big open space, and comfortable for the four of us and could have fit more on the couch if needed. The attached bathroom to the main bedroom was a bit small, but for me and my husband it was fine. Easy walk to the beach, was great to have 2 parking spots, nice pool with places to lay out. Best part for us was they did not require a week stay. Definitely would recommend.

Really clean accommodations perfect for our family of 4. It was a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants (Donut Hut and Hokulia were hits with kids). Pool was convenient and perfect for our little ones (3 & 6).

Fantastic Memorial Day Stay
We took our kids down for Memorial Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised. The property sat in a nice little cottage community, the pool is the perfect size and never felt congested. The cottage itself was very clean and updated. There were nice amenities, we only wished the WiFi had worked while we were there. It’s a nice walk to the beach but the fabulous white sand beaches made it worth it. We loved it so much, we had to extend our stay another night! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a 30A stay!
