This beautiful Florida mansion, located in the Beach Highlands, is situated in sunny & charming Dune Allen Beach. Built in 2024 and decorated with a contemporary coastal ambiance, this extraordinary home will offer you, and your whole family, with the peace and tranquility of the perfect coastal getaway. It's prime location, a short skip from Scenic Highway 30A, is only a 5 minute walk from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options along County Highway 30A!

Walking through the front door, this magnificent home's living room will take your breath away!  This is the perfect place to entertain the whole family in style!

The main home hosts eight bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms, including two King Master Suites, two Junior Master Suites, two Guest Rooms and two Bunk Rooms (with two sets of custom-built Full-over-Full bunk beds in each) and a pullout Queen sleeper sofa on the first floor. Additionally, in the carriage home, you'll find two more King Suites, each with it's own ensuite baths. Those staying in the carriage home will appreciate the full kitchen (not a kitchenette).
