Meanwhile, yet another outdoor space is available on the backside of the house with a full dining table and chairs, ideal for a family dinner or a picnic lunch. Inside the home, a light filled kitchen offers plenty of room for making meals, while a convenient door leads out to an outdoor seating area. The first level of the home also offers an open living room with soaring ceilings, centered around a flat-screen television and a fireplace. A picnic table provides a refreshingly casual dining area.
The first level extends with the addition of two of the home’s four bedrooms, with two king-sized bedrooms sharing the full hall bathroom with one sink, shower only, outfitted with plentiful counter space. Upstairs, you’ll uncover yet another queen-sized bedroom, as well as a smaller room with dual twin beds and built-ins, perfect for growing families. Another full bath, this one with a shower/tub combo accents this level of the home for the use of the queen bedroom and the extra bonus living space on second floor with twin day bed and twin trundle. * Starter amenities provided: soap/shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, dish liquid, dish detergent pods, laundry detergent, and trash bags.
* 2 parking passes for parking on the street next to home. Private off street parking at this home for 2 cars. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit. Two cars can be approved and cars above two need approval from manager.
Golf Carts are prohibited unless one is handicapped. If there is a handicap person coming, please notify us at least a month before arrival to complete paperwork to the Seaside FL Town Council and the HOA to review for approval. If approved, the golf cart can only be rented through the approved vendor.
*Guests pay a fee for parking passes to park on Seaside streets and for electronic armbands that open the private gates to the 8 walkovers to the beach in Seaside. Those fees are paid to Seaside Town Council HOA. All Seaside Pavilions have outdoor showers and private bathrooms for owners and guests to use. Guests will be given the code to open bathrooms.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES in Seaside FL (pools and gym require purchase of amenity passes)
Three community pools available in Seaside, with one on the West End, closest to Floridays for adults and children, with showers and restrooms on the corner of Odessa and Forest St. There is an adult only pool and a covered pool on the east end near Seaside Ave and Forest St., which is ideal for people needing to get out of the sun and enjoy a pool! All pools are usually heated in the offseason. If all pools are not heated, there is usually one that is heated. Pools usually open 8am to dusk, or 8 pm most seasons. Amenity pass required to enter, attendant on duty.
Fitness center near 450 Forest St, is open from 6am to 5pm to 8pm, depending on the season. Amenity pass required to enter, and no appointments necessary. Attendant usually on duty. No one under 16 allowed in the gym.
Tennis courts and Pickleball courts are available, but not included in the amenity passes. Guests who want to use courts have to contact 30ATennis and reserve courts for a fee per hour, reserve to attend a clinic for a fee, or schedule a lesson for a fee.
Playground, croquet lawn, sand volleyball courts, shuffleboard, and a basketball court are located on the east central side of seaside just north of Seaside Ave. Sand trails for walking and biking
