Very good place to stay , just couple things…. 2 days with out of hot water, we reported to the FD and no solution. Is not the fault of FD just to be clear.Staff in FD was amazing! Room , need to improve, mold by the shower and mirror.Under the sink is a hole in the wall , from this wall some animals coming in to the restroom. Thanks for all staff was friendly

The property was beautiful and located at a very quiet location. I traveled with family and it was safe to be around. The ocean was a bit rough to swim unless you are a good swimmer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was ok and a tad bit expensive for me. Definitely can stay again in future.

This hotel has the nicest beach in Huatulco. The beach is private because it is naturally separated from most because of big natural boulders. The staff is incredible and the rooms are wonderful.
