Santa Maria del Camí, at an ideal distance from the capital Palma, has a cozy international atmosphere. People like to be there because of the beautiful surroundings, the variety of sights such as the wineries, the large outlet center, the access to the mountains of the Tramuntana, good cycling and hiking opportunities etc. Your holiday home is built in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance of the center. There is a lot of privacy in the house and garden. The total restoration was done not too long ago and Old details have been preserved.

The garden always has sun, especially near the pool, or rather extra large pool and on the surrounding terrace with outdoor shower you can find the sun. The two large trees provide plenty of shade both on the chill-out terrace and in the parking lot for your car. in the evening, as soon as the garden lights come on, the whole is transformed into a beautiful `fairy garden. There is also a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue, just next to the kitchen. Always convenient nearby.

You enter through the large modern kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences. Through a corridor you reach the first bathroom, a double bedroom and the living room with seating area and TV. Through the living room you can go out through the terrace. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two separate beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Given the thick walls, the fans are also sufficient in the summer heat.

The tourist tax and the cost of final cleaning are included in the price.

Lovely villa in quiet town
Great villa in Santa Maria del Cami. Facilities were perfect although the bedrooms were a bit warm as there is no air-con. 15 minute walk to the train station which goes to Palma. Santa Maria has some nice restaurants and bars
