Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist centers in Mallorca.. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education), extend along almost 9 km of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all services.
The leisure offer is wide, with numerous bars, restaurants, nightclubs, sports, etc. and with all the services: supermarkets, pharmacies, Municipal Pool... near the neighborhood, so you won't need to move.
The property is ideal for families or couples, due to the comfort of its distribution and the convenience of the area.
The newly renovated house has a living room, dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower and 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other room with 2 single beds with a built-in wardrobe. .
The house is heated by air conditioners and heat pump in all rooms.
The outdoor area is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower to cool off on hot days.
The cost of electricity consumption is NOT included in the price of the stay. It will be paid at check-out according to consumption, which will be measured with a meter. It will be paid at €0.47 Kw/h. To give you more information, it is usually consumed between €10 per day approximately, but this can vary taking into account that it depends on consumption.
