Great option to stay next to downtown Santa Fe! Very walkable, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good quality. Only downside was that the room was a bit noisy... had a door in the shared wall with adjacent room that let a lot of noise through. Not a big deal for us and just gave us an excuse to go walk around more.

This property is on the outskirts of the historic downtown. It lies directly across the street from state and federal government buildings so safety was never a concern. It is an easy walk to downtown and about a mile to Canyon Road. We are older and we still walked everywhere we wanted to go, putting in about 5-6 miles a day including all the walking tours we participated in. The staff was accommodating, but check in is 4pm not any sooner. (They were very busy, so this was understandable.) They did, however, store our bags so we could enjoy the town since our flight arrived a lot earlier. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and of course, the lovely typical Santa Fe ambiance complete with fireplace! It is an affordable option for staying several days! The breakfast buffet was nothing extravagant, but completely adequate to start a day of adventuring, shopping and exploring! We would definitely recommend!

I was very impressed with Piñon Court and it exceeded my expectations. I knew that the property had recently been updated and taken over by La Fonda and was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room, kiva fireplace, quality bed linens and comfortable bed. Housekeeping does a very professional job and makes you feel like you’re in a 4-5 star property. Loved the complimentary breakfast and outdoor courtyard.

Stayed in a suite and the room was updated and nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Happy hour specials were on point. The only complaints are that our room was facing the street and it was quite loud at night. Also the hotel lacked signage and we found people not understanding where breakfast was or when happy hour was.
